“Multipass Radar” (the “Service”) is operated by Multipass LATAM S.A.S. (the “Company”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.

• Authentication data: login tokens/cookies used to keep you signed in (via NextAuth).

• Usage data: basic events needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, which pages are accessed, feature performance, and error logs).
• Payment data: subscription status, price IDs, and billing metadata returned by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

• To provide the Service (login, entitlements, saved preferences, and feature access).
• To process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and manage billing through Stripe.

We retain information only as long as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data subject to lawful retention needs (e.g., billing records).

• Use at your own risk: You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the Service.
• Third-party dependencies: Marketplace platforms, APIs, and third-party data sources can change, become unavailable, or provide inaccurate results.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
• Beta / evolving product: Features may change, be removed, or behave differently over time as we improve the product.

11) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
